Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Fargo clinic. As a Male Health Specialist, you will be responsible for creating treatment plans to address symptoms and future health goals for our patients. You will conduct comprehensive physical exams, order and interpret labs, and make medication adjustments based on current treatment plans and goals. Additionally, you will educate patients on TRT, ancillary treatments, proper diet, exercise, and healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create treatment plans to address symptoms and future health goals for patients.
  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and order/interpret lab results.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress.
  • Educate patients on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), ancillary treatments, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to provide seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • North Dakota licensure and DEA registration.
  • Experience in hormone management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in eClinicalWorks, Microsoft Office, Paylocity, and Hubspot is desirable.
