We are seeking an exceptional Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team at LCS. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital sign checks.
  • Assist with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging residents to eat.
  • Document shift assignments and communicate with residents, families, and department heads as needed.
  • Plan and lead activities to promote engagement and socialization.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
  • CBRF experience required.
