Cafe Line Cook

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team at Bluestone Lane in Hoboken. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to ensure proper presentation of our premium food products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all DOH and Bluestone Lane Health & Safety and ServSafe standards to operate a clean and organized kitchen.
• Prep, cook, and assemble dishes to ensure proper presentation of our premium food products.
• Achieve promise times for all dine in and takeout tickets.
• Understand and consistently comply with Bluestone Lane Recipes, focusing on standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen processes and procedures.
• Ensure the team is set up for success by leaving the kitchen prepped, stocked, and clean at the end of the day for the next morning's service.
• Contribute positively to the team environment, working cohesively with the team.
