Primary Responsibilities:

  • Document Organization: Analyze physical engineering drawings to create comprehensive indexes of essential document details, including identification numbers, titles, and revision dates.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the integrity and consistency of the document index, ensuring that all records meet high-quality standards.
  • Preparation for Digitization: Systematically organize and prepare documents for digital conversion by external services, facilitating a smooth transition from physical to electronic formats.
  • Record Keeping: Develop and sustain an efficient record management system to monitor the location of all physical documents and drawings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineering Fundamentals: A foundational understanding of various types of engineering drawings and their organizational principles.
