Prototyping Electronics Engineer Leader

Innovation Works, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Prototyping Electronics Engineer Leader to join our team. This role involves leading a team of engineers to develop custom electrical prototypes using cutting-edge engineering, design, and prototyping equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers to design and fabricate custom electronic prototypes.
  • Collaborate with startup companies to develop and test prototype systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for startup companies participating in the Scale program.
  • Contribute to regular preventative maintenance and repair of the Scale Shop equipment.
  • Analyze and implement best practices for electrical design, fabrication, and testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical certification/associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology with equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with electrical engineering and prototyping custom designs.
  • Proficiency with ECAD software such as Altium, Eagle, KiCAD.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
