Job Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Delivering 'Unparalleled Hospitality' to each customer that visits our cafe.
  • Preparing ingredients for our food and smoothies.
  • Assembling and serving fresh food and smoothies prepared to Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards.
  • Cleaning and organizing kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe.
  • FOLLOWING THE STEPS TO OPERATE THE REGISTER, INCLUDING TAKING CUSTOMER ORDERS, ACCURATELY HANDLING CASH, AND BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DRAWER.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.
  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
  • Bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
