Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct engaging gymnastics classes with a maximum class size of 8 students.
  • Deliver instruction at various skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with parents and students, providing regular updates and addressing concerns or questions.
  • Provide expert guidance in beam skills, vault skills, and bar skills, adhering to lesson plans assigned by the Recreational Director.
  • Conduct one-hour classes that promote physical activity and fun learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with other coaches to ensure a clean and organized gym area.
  • Assist with substitutions when staff members are absent due to illness or vacation.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a gymnast or instructor is preferred but not required. We offer comprehensive training and support to help our instructors grow and succeed in this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
  • A flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend classes as needed.
Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $60,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.
