Automotive Locksmith Specialist

HNS Recovery is a leading provider of collateral recovery services, seeking a skilled Automotive Locksmith Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of vehicle access issues.

• Provide expert locksmith services, including key duplication, transponder programming, and ignition removal.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including photos, invoices, and work orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in locksmithing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas Driver's license without suspension in the last two years.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• $21.00 per hour + $2.00 per key commission (151+ keys cut monthly = $3.00 per key).
