Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Center Technician. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our donors, collecting plasma, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, including answering phones and greeting donors
- Collect plasma from donors, ensuring the safety of donors and employees
- Maintain accurate records, including donor medical history and vital signs
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes as needed
- Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve goals and objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
- English/Spanish proficiency
- Experience working in food service, retail, hospital, lab, or a regulated environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive starting hourly wage of $16.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
