Job Overview
As a vital member of our team, the Floor Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of various facilities. This role involves performing extensive cleaning tasks, including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly cleans and maintains floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Utilizes appropriate chemical cleaners and equipment to safeguard the integrity of floors and fixtures.
- Moves furniture and equipment to access cleaning areas, either manually or with the aid of hand trucks.
- Removes stains from carpets, rugs, and other surfaces using specialized cleaning solutions.
- Conducts seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal and lawn care as needed.
- Prepares cleaning solutions by mixing water with detergents or acids according to specifications.
- Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors to maintain their appearance.
- Empties trash and manages waste disposal efficiently.
- Requests necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Monitors building security by locking doors after hours and ensuring safe use of electrical appliances.
- May perform basic repairs as required.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is desirable.
