**Job Summary**

Regoproducts is seeking a skilled Assembler 2nd Shift Specialist to join our team in the production of gas control products. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building, testing, and packaging medium to large-sized parts and products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to verify assembly process and quality requirements.
  • Follow assembly procedures to build complex parts, using hand tools and machinery.
  • Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.
  • Clean parts, using washing tubs, water, cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.
  • Pack finished parts for shipment, including assembling boxes, lining boxes, inserting foam, placing products in boxes, closing, and labeling.
  • Examine products and perform quality checks, including measuring pressure and checking for leaks.
  • Identify quality issues, determine causes, and rework parts as necessary.
  • Operate paint booths.

**Requirements:**

  • Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility, and Accountability.
  • Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Ability to perform all work in a safe manner.
  • High attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing.
  • Ability to learn new machines and production procedures.
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Ability to push 200 pounds on manual pallet jack safely.
  • Ability to operate electric pallet jack safely.
  • Ability to operate high-pressure air & N2 test equipment safely.
  • Ability to safely operate power hand tools.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for 9 hours a day.
  • Ability to actively listen and follow instructions.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly.
