As a Primary Care Physician with Oak Street Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive care that addresses their unique needs. You will be responsible for:
- Providing routine medical care, including check-ups, vaccinations, and chronic disease management
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a board-certified or eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
- Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
- Meet US work authorization requirements
