Job Summary

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team in the Closures, Aerosol & Promotional Packaging (CAPP) Division. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various tasks to support production, including breaking down boxes, painting, and deep cleaning areas to meet SQF guidelines.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift between 10 lb. - 50 lb.
  • Ability to perform basic math.
  • Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language.
  • Ability to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others.
