The Manufacturing Assembler plays a crucial role in the assembly of cores utilized in thermal and heat exchange products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute core assembly tasks following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Required to interpret and adhere to blueprints, worksheets, or other directives to assemble various components for heat exchanger cores.
Secure completed cores with bands.
Familiarity with oven brazing procedures is essential.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Conduct inspections and document quality standards of finished products.
Ensure the workspace remains organized and tidy at all times.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Identify and report potential issues or areas for improvement.
Utilize hand tools for assembly and maintenance tasks.
Perform data entry and maintain records both digitally and manually.
Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous relevant experience (1+ years) preferred.
Ability to read and understand blueprints is essential.
Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations are necessary.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Capable of identifying problems, gathering data, and drawing valid conclusions.
Regularly required to use hands for handling tools and materials, and to reach with arms.
Must be able to lift and/or move weights ranging from 15 to 50 pounds regularly.
