Laboratory Scientist

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Texas Health Resources. As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care by performing laboratory tests and analyzing results.
About UsTexas Health Resources is a 369-bed acute-care hospital serving the local communities of Arlington, Kennedale, Pantego, Mansfield, and Grand Prairie. We have a rich history in North Texas, dating back to 1958, and are committed to delivering exceptional medical care to our patients.
Job Responsibilities- Perform various laboratory tests, including specimen integrity, laboratory operations, and test procedures
- Analyze test results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Maintain quality control and documentation standards
- Safeguard patient safety and well-being
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related field
- An internship in an approved Medical Technology training program
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical Medical Laboratory setting (preferred)
- A MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), AMT, AAB, HHS, NCA, HEW, CLS-CA, FL, NY state license, or Philippine Board of Technical Technology certification (required within six months)

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and experience)
