Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Advisor to join our team at PNC Bank NA. As a Business Analysis Advisor, you will play a critical role in directing research, discovery, and interpretation of business requirements. You will participate in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct research, discovery, and interpretation of business requirements to inform business decisions.
  • Participate in the development and review of complex processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to communicate business designs, problem-solving, and business analysis to support project goals and objectives.
  • Consult and recommend frameworks, methodologies, and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams.
  • Independently mentor, lead, and coach other associates to affect knowledge transfer and oversee the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.
  • Translate business needs, processes, and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs.
  • Lead multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance, and effectiveness assessment.
Requirements
  • University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Certifications are often desired.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
