Accounting Director

Creative Financial Staffing is seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to join their international operations department at their corporate headquarters in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cash flow planning and management strategies
  • Design and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections
  • Manage project accounting and maintenance
  • Provide tax planning and research, including international tax issues
  • Oversee general and intercompany accounting
  • Lead consolidation accounting efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience
  • International accounting and finance experience
  • Project accounting expertise
  • Cash flow and financial planning proficiency
  • Knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations
  • Experience with Latin American markets preferred
  • Construction industry/project costing background a plus
  • Strong teamwork skills and adaptability

Travel Expectations:

Some travel will be expected with this position.
