Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive compensation package with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous base pay, you will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.

Job Description:

As an Aveanna Healthcare LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to patients in a home healthcare setting. Your duties will include performing patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care delivery.

  • Perform patient assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  • Provide patient and family education on healthcare management, medication administration, and self-care techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of six months of clinical experience, preferably in a home healthcare or pediatric setting. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

This position is located in the Elkins Park area and requires reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to patient homes.Benefits:
