About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Oversee the management of clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze clinical data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a center-based or early intervention setting
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development through clinical innovation and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders
