JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Audiovisual Event Streaming Specialist will be tasked with the planning, installation, operation, and upkeep of audiovisual systems for a range of events, including corporate gatherings, conferences, product unveilings, and other significant streaming occasions. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical foundation in AV systems, exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with clients and event planners to ascertain their audiovisual needs.
- AV Setup and Management: Prepare, test, and manage AV equipment, ensuring all components function seamlessly during events.
- Technical Assistance: Provide immediate technical support to resolve any AV-related issues that may arise.
- Post-Event Review: Dismantle equipment post-event and evaluate performance for future improvements.
- Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients and team members to ensure successful AV operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience in AV engineering or event production with a focus on live streaming.
- Expertise in a variety of AV equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Strong understanding of AV signal flow and connectivity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in audiovisual technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are advantageous.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- ONSITE QUARTERLY CONSULTANT - IRVINE CA
- Flexibility in working hours is required based on event schedules.
- Physical ability to lift and transport heavy AV equipment.
- Travel may be necessary to support events at various locations.
