Quality Assurance Inspector

At Johnson Controls International plc, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our life safety product lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections, testing, and servicing of various product lines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work with low voltage wiring and associated devices to ensure efficient equipment operation and minimize downtime.
  • Complete Service Acknowledgements using advanced communication devices to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Follow a structured inspection schedule to ensure consistent and thorough inspections.
  • Input, retrieve, and archive inspection documentation efficiently to maintain accurate records.
  • Make minor repairs and programming changes under supervision to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Documented experience in sprinkler systems is preferred, but not required.
  • Obtain and retain necessary licenses as per codes to ensure compliance.
  • Capable of physical labor and working in challenging positions to ensure inspections are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including on-call rotation, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Willingness to travel for work to ensure inspections are completed at various locations.
