  • Process payments and distributions, providing informed recommendations regarding loan approvals.
  • Authorize loans within set lending limits and facilitate the closing of loans.
  • Manage account activities related to collections, including both phone communications and in-person interactions with clients.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and transaction documentation; maintain records, manage cash drawer operations, and oversee bank deposits.
  • Actively promote all branch products and services to potential clients.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in consumer finance or a related field.
  • Experience with cash handling, proficient computer skills, and strong customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
