Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Quality Care Outcomes: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Medication Management: Order, prepare, and administer medications as directed, with a focus on detailed documentation and accurate record-keeping.
- Compliance and Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to all Edgewood policies, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Active LPN License: Possess an active and unencumbered LPN license, required for this role.
- Prior Nursing Experience: While not mandatory, prior nursing experience is highly desirable for this position.
