As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a PCU setting, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and aerosol therapy.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct respiratory assessments and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen concentrators.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a PCU setting.
  • Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
