Job Summary

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process and standards of care and practices. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with pulmonary conditions
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
  • Valid Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
