Job Title: Field Technician

LinkUs Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our customers' home technology systems, including DISH services, Nest Smart Home technology, and security products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure home technology systems, including satellite equipment and smart home devices
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Meet sales and installation metrics, including daily customer home visits and site surveys
  • Position and install equipment, ensuring a quality broadband internet connection when applicable
  • Educate customers on our services and products, offering smart home options to provide resolutions for their home
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills and basic electronics and/or audio/video knowledge
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience with a variety of power tools and ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License that meets DISH's minimum safety standard
