Job Summary

Texoma Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in the performance of diagnostic CT examinations.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images for medical professionals to interpret.
  • Prepare patients for CT examinations, including explaining procedures and positioning patients for optimal image quality.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient examinations and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CT technology and imaging techniques to provide the highest level of patient care.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiographic Technology.
  • At least six months of experience performing radiographic procedures in a hospital setting.
  • Current licensure by the State of Texas as a licensed Radiology Technologist and A.R.R.T (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
  • Healthcare provider CPR certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
