Position Overview
The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in assisting Store Managers and Associate Managers in the comprehensive daily oversight, sales performance, training, and operational functions of the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Driving Business Performance**
- Inspire and motivate team members to align daily tasks with business objectives.
- Oversee sales floor management and ensure effective zone coverage to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Uphold dress code standards and monitor staff breaks and shift transitions.
- Communicate sales performance insights to the Store Manager.
- Adapt to the evolving demands of the retail environment.
- Conduct hourly sales assessments and provide coaching to staff to surpass sales goals.
- Achieve personal sales objectives while safeguarding the customer experience across all areas.
- Emphasize the significance of nurturing customer relationships among staff.
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge training for team members.
- Lead by example in achieving client engagement results.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures consistently.
- Monitor and execute sales and payroll targets daily.
- Maintain and model established best practices.
- Strive to be the top sales performer on the floor, measured by sales per hour and average transaction values.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate adaptability and creativity in responding to changing work conditions.
- Effectively delegate responsibilities to team members when appropriate.
- Foster a positive and challenging team atmosphere where collaboration and support are paramount.
- Provide clear direction for service associates.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Minimum of 1 year in retail management.
- Strong interpersonal skills conducive to a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Excellent planning and organizational capabilities with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to identify and respond to changing work demands effectively.
