Plastic Molding Specialist

We're seeking a skilled 1st shift UC Specialist to mold plastic parts from raw urethane. The 1st shift schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Overtime may be available.

This role involves physically demanding, technically challenging work in a team environment. You'll have opportunities to build a career through on-the-job training and tuition reimbursement for job-related education.

The essential job duties include:

• Reading and understanding work orders
• Breaking down material formulas using mathematical equations
• Learning about and applying knowledge of different urethanes, curatives, and their associated processing parameters
• Promoting a culture of teamwork
• Cooperating with team members to troubleshoot quality issues
• Maintaining equipment
• Keeping work areas clean and orderly

You will need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Working experience with hand tools
