  • Responsibilities:
  • Placing truss pieces, chords, webs, and plates in correct positions.
  • Setting plates securely before pressing operations.
  • Assisting with pushing or pulling trusses from the press.
  • Cleaning work areas regularly to avoid hazards.
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds.
  • Maintaining good communication with other Truss Assemblers.
  • Verifying lumber dimensions for accuracy.
  • No experience required.
