Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Creative Healthcare Services Corporation.

We aim to provide exceptional behavioral therapy and support to children with developmental disabilities and their families. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing behavior intervention plans, and utilizing medical terminology for accurate patient care.

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to ensure effective progress and outcomes
• Utilize strong analytical skills to collect and analyze data on patient progress
• Collaborate with patients and their families to provide emotional support and guidance throughout the therapy process

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or BCABA Certification with relevant degree
• Strong proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping practices
• Experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
