Plant Technician Lead

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, low and high voltage electricity, PLCs, industrial motor controls, light industrial maintenance, and plumbing. Welding abilities are a plus. In addition to technical skills, you will need to have critical thinking skills, be able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and be able to select the right tools and equipment for each job. You will also need to be able to actively listen to colleagues to ensure effective communication. Other requirements include being able to lift heavy objects (0-60 lbs), bending, reaching, and stooping, and working in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
