Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant include:

  • Delivering fundamental care to patients and assisting with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing.
  • Exhibiting compassion and strong interpersonal skills to effectively support patients.
  • Acting as the primary caregiver, facilitating communication between patients, nursing staff, and physicians while documenting and reporting any concerns to the medical team.
