We are seeking an experienced Environmental Attorney to join our team at Oak Ridge Legal Search LLC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of solid environmental law experience and a strong background in energy and regulatory law.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent clients in proceedings before state and federal environmental agencies
- Assist clients with complying with environmental regulatory requirements
- Develop energy projects and represent clients in connection with cable franchise renewals
- Finance power projects and represent clients in connection with telecommunications facilities
- Represent individuals and municipalities in all areas of environmental, energy, and regulatory law
- Minimum of four years of experience as an Environmental Attorney
- Strong background in energy and regulatory law
- CT Bar admission required
