Position SummaryThe Executive Protection Agent Driver is responsible for executing close protection driving services for designated clients. This role entails delivering exceptional support to clients and their teams while ensuring the safety of client assets. Agents are expected to work autonomously on assignments from initiation to completion. Executive Protection Drivers must be prepared to respond effectively to any situation that may arise during client support. We seek protection professionals who demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Agents and Drivers may be required to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may also need to travel both domestically and internationally. Candidates should maintain good overall physical, mental, and emotional health, possess a reputation as a collaborative team member, and be adaptable to varying schedules.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver both covert and overt executive protection and driving services to assigned principals.
- Domestic and international travel may be necessary.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team.
- Report to the executive protection management team.
- Safeguard and manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Execute all aspects of protective duties.
- Adhere to and enhance established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Conduct ongoing assessments of threats, risks, and vulnerabilities.
- Perform advance operations for protective measures.
- Operate vehicles safely and in compliance with legal standards.
- Graduation from a recognized executive protection training institution is preferred.
- Possession of a California Guard Card and CPR Certification is required.
- Experience and familiarity with corporate environments.
- Desirable background in medical fields (EMT, First Responder, 18D, Paramedic, Navy Corpsman).
- Experience in writing after-action reports.
- Leadership and management experience is advantageous.
- Experience working with C-Suite executives or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong foundational knowledge in all aspects of protective operations.
- Advanced understanding of technology-based security applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as necessary.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
