Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A CDL OTR driver to join our team at Quality Carriers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods over long distances
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and other drivers to optimize routes and schedules
Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: Earn a base rate of $0.70 CPM for all miles loaded and empty
  • Average Weekly Earnings: $1,800-$2,200 per week for over-the-road drivers
  • Sign-on Bonus: Receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid out over the first year
  • Performance and Safety Bonus: Earn additional bonuses for meeting performance and safety standards
  • Driver Referral Bonus: Refer a driver to Quality Carriers and earn a $5,000 bonus if they are hired at T108, or a $3,000 bonus if they are hired at another terminal

Onboarding and Joining Team QC:

Requirements:
  • Valid CDL-A with tanker and hazmat endorsements
  • Currently have or willing to obtain a TWIC within 60 days after hire
  • 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 1 year of tanker experience within the last 10 years
