Residential Advisor

ACM LLC is a respected leader in the residential services industry, seeking a skilled Residential Advisor to join our team in Steelhaven, Birmingham, AL.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.

We are looking for a results-driven individual to provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, conduct property tours, and assist with the leasing process.

• Provide property tours and answer questions from prospective residents.
• Assist with the leasing process, including completing lease agreements and collecting security deposits.
• Maintain accurate records of property information and resident interactions.

As a Residential Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming prospective residents, providing property tours, and answering their questions.
• Assisting with the leasing process, including completing lease agreements and collecting security deposits.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the property and its amenities, as well as the surrounding area.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
