Position Overview

CRSI is seeking a dedicated Support Services Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the operations of a residence dedicated to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of individualized service plans, monitoring progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain professional relationships with team members and stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.
  • Handle on-call duties outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to exercise discretion and make sound decisions independently.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • Acceptable employment and background checks.
  • DSPaths credential is preferred.
