Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, using evidence-based techniques to help them develop essential skills and behaviors. You will also collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized therapy plans.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, using evidence-based techniques to help them develop essential skills and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized therapy plans.
  • Work closely with children, families, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Document and track progress, providing regular updates to families and other professionals.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education).
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
