Job Title: Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse

Summit Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse to join their team in Mint Hill, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Labor and Delivery Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
