Job Title: HRIS Analyst

Ballard Spahr LLP, a national law firm with over 500 attorneys across 15 offices, seeks an HRIS Analyst to leverage firm technology to enhance business productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in business process configuration, security, reporting, and integration development.
  • Develop a working knowledge of all Workday modules, including Recruiting and Onboarding, HCM, Benefits, Time and Absence, Payroll, and Advance Compensation.
  • Implement and maintain Workday initiatives, supporting upgrades and user acceptance testing, and providing technical and process-related support as required.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team and functional areas of Human Resources and Payroll departments.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Workday business process and configuration responsibility with demonstrated integration knowledge and strong custom reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of other reporting tools, such as SQL Reporting Services and/or PowerBi dashboard reporting and analytics tools, is a plus.
  • Strong business analysis, development, critical thinking skills, and highly efficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.
