About the Job

This travel assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare facility in Huntington, West Virginia. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
  • Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transport patients as needed
Requirements
  • One to three years experience as a Technologist preferred
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
