- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Current RN License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Health Certificate: Current Health Certificate (per facility RN contract or state regulation).
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- BLS Certification: Current BLS card.
- Experience: One year prior RN experience preferred.
