Lead Cleaner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cleaner to join our team at ABM Industries. As a Lead Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of cleaners, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

• Provide leadership and guidance to team members
• Relay communication between team members, clients, and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with the training of cleaning team members
• Coordinate work assignments and schedules
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Maintain the security of premises at all times
• Work with the Manager to schedule jobs with Property Managers and cleaning crews
• Oversee the quality of jobs and confirm completion with the Manager
• Provide training to new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• One (1) year of Janitorial/Housekeeping experience
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

• One (1) year of Lead/Supervisor role
