Job Title: Maintenance Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all shared spaces and amenities.
- Monitoring the grounds and parking facilities.
- Carrying out minor repair tasks such as replacing light bulbs and painting.
- Supporting the maintenance team as required.
Compensation: $15.50 per hour
Enjoy a 35% discount on apartments (where applicable).
