About the Role

Noblis is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program located in Bethesda, Maryland. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with diverse groups of individuals across the IC, Department of Defense, and Private Sector to develop and implement business and mission analytics efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio data to identify trends and make recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans to align with the Sponsor's goals and objectives.
  • Lead outreach with private sector, liaison, IC, and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements.
  • Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences.
  • Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
  • Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills.
  • Working knowledge of data and AI topics.
  • Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $103,800 - $237,050 per year, based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.
