Responsibilities- Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
- Position patients correctly and safely to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
- Administer contrast media as required and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and images.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure optimal scanner performance and image quality.
- 2+ years of recent experience as a CT Technologist.
- Current certification in computed tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
