About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Chiller Apprentice to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of building automation technologies and gain hands-on experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine service and inspections on HVAC mechanical equipment, including change and service filters, oiling and greasing, and cleaning cooling towers and coils.
  • Operate mechanical systems under contract with customers, including cleaning and routine maintenance of solar energy equipment and indoor air quality related work.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Light technical and mechanically inclined.
  • Passion for learning and applying on-the-job skills.
  • Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently.
  • Prioritize safety in all forms.
  • Valid driver's license.
