Job Title: Exercise Instructor

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Exercise Instructor to lead our group fitness program in Rockford, IL. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging workout sessions, provide guidance on exercise technique, and promote a positive and supportive atmosphere within the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective workout programs for diverse client groups
  2. Provide expert guidance on proper exercise form and technique
  3. Maintain accurate records of client progress and achievements
Requirements:
  • Possess a strong background in exercise science and physiology
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Hold a current CPR certification
