We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to perform physical counts of mail inventory, record observations, and deliver results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical counts of mail inventory at designated facilities
  • Record observations of mail condition and handling on tracking sheets
  • Deliver count records to assigned clients
  • Attend meetings as directed

Requirements:

  • US Citizen or Green Card holder with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to accurately count and record data
  • Basic data entry and recording skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective communication skills
