Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to perform physical counts of mail inventory, record observations, and deliver results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical counts of mail inventory at designated facilities
- Record observations of mail condition and handling on tracking sheets
- Deliver count records to assigned clients
- Attend meetings as directed
Requirements:
- US Citizen or Green Card holder with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Ability to accurately count and record data
- Basic data entry and recording skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective communication skills
